Cleanzee Laundry (“we”, “us”) operates a laundry business in Kuwait. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you contact us, use our website or order-tracking link, or use our laundry services.
Information we use
We may collect your name, telephone number, order and payment details, service preferences, information you give our staff, and a delivery address or directions if you choose to provide them. Our systems may record the date and status of your order, the messages sent about it, and technical information needed to operate and secure our website and services. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta/WhatsApp also processes information under its own terms and privacy notice.
Why we use it
We use this information to identify you and your orders, provide laundry and delivery services, keep payment and business records, answer questions, provide order tracking, protect our systems, and meet applicable legal obligations. If you agree to WhatsApp order updates, we use your phone number to send service messages about your orders. You can ask us to stop those updates at any time; stopping them does not affect your laundry service. If you pay by KNET, MyFatoorah processes the electronic payment, and we receive transaction information needed to confirm and record it.
Who may receive it
Access is limited to staff who need the information to do their jobs. We may use service providers to host and maintain our systems, manage business records and payments, and deliver communications. For KNET payments, transaction information is shared with MyFatoorah and the payment network as needed to process the payment; MyFatoorah’s privacy policy describes its own handling of information. For WhatsApp updates, we send the necessary phone number and message information to Meta/WhatsApp. We may also disclose information when required by law. Some providers may process information outside Kuwait.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable requirements. We review information when it is no longer needed. Order-tracking links expire; expiry of a link does not itself delete the underlying order record.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where we can lawfully do so. You can withdraw your agreement to WhatsApp order updates by telling our staff or contacting us below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security and updates
We use measures intended to protect customer information, but no online service is completely risk-free. We may update this notice as our services change. The current version will be available on this page.
